You may contact us about account access, privacy rights, correction or deletion requests, payment confirmation, duplicate debit review, report unlock issues, advisory request status, data accuracy concerns, or suspected misuse of your account.

Include your name, account email, payment confirmation if relevant, report or artist details if relevant, a short description of the issue, screenshots or documents that support the request, and the resolution you are seeking.
We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours where reasonably possible and aim to resolve them within 30 days. Consumer or payment issues are reviewed based on available records and payment-provider confirmation.
If a grievance requires additional review, Hacoco may request more information, consult payment-provider records, review account logs, or escalate internally before responding.
