This policy explains how Hacoco reviews refunds, failed payments, duplicate debits, and paid report access issues for digital valuation services.

Nature of Digital Services

Hacoco Art Valuation provides digital valuation intelligence, market research, comparable evidence, report access, and advisory review. Reports and access are delivered electronically through value.hacoco.art.

Collectors may use a free preview where available. The free preview is informational and limited, and does not include all report sections, complete comparable evidence, or full methodology access.

Paid Report Access

Paid report access is purchased in INR through Razorpay payment links or an online payment gateway. Report access is generally activated automatically after payment confirmation, but may require manual review in some cases.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be emailed to ss@thehacoco.com within 7 days of payment. Hacoco may review refund requests where a paid report was not delivered or unlocked within a reasonable period due to an issue on Hacoco’s side, or where there is evidence of duplicate or failed-payment debit.

Non-Refundable Cases

Digital valuation reports are generally non-refundable once generated, unlocked, accessed, or used for decision-making. Refunds are not normally provided for dissatisfaction with a valuation estimate, market outcome, auction result, private sale result, or data limitation disclosed by the service.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

Failed or duplicate payment debits will be reviewed using available Hacoco records and Razorpay/payment-provider confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method through the payment provider where possible.

Cancellation of Monthly Access

Monthly collector or advisory access, if introduced through payment links, is not auto-subscription-managed unless expressly stated at purchase. Cancellation handling will depend on the payment arrangement communicated for that plan.

Timelines

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay or the applicable payment provider and remain subject to banking, card network, UPI, and payment-provider timelines. Hacoco does not claim automated or instant refunds unless implemented and expressly stated.
